Prepare emails and templates with KIM

Turn an intention or existing text into a communication you can review before sending.

Before you start

Access to Email and writing assistance. To adapt to a tender, link the relevant process.

How to do it

  1. Open Email and define the message

Prepare subject and body in Email. A template lets you reuse structure and variables within its context.

  2. Request a proposal

Open AI Assistant (Asistente IA in the captured interface). Write an instruction or choose Improve, Correct spelling, Shorten, More formal or Suggest subject. Use the template editor for a template.

  3. Compare and apply

Review Proposal and Changes. Apply useful text or discard it. Applying to the draft offers Undo.

  4. Review before sending

Check facts, recipients, subject and attachments. Send email is an independent action. Consult the record and available replies afterwards.

What remains

A draft or template reviewed by you, ready for your decision to save or send.

Look up fields and concepts

Generated text for your review, not a sent email.
Template variable
A field completed with data from the template context.
Apply
