Prepare your catalog and prices

Relate your commercial offering to the items the State buys.

Before you start

Your company’s products, buyers and pricing criteria.

How to do it

  1. Describe what you sell

In Portfolio, record your own codes, brands, attributes and product categories. Use groups when they help review your offering.

  2. Organize your market

Review buying organizations and their groups. Define business lines with the members who should work on that market.

  3. Review pricing rules

Define conditions and their validity. Use the simulator and review the contextual quotation breakdown before confirming a bid price.

What remains
