Task guide / Follow up
Manage a guarantee from its requirement
Separate what the terms require from the instrument your company manages.
A bid-security or performance requirement and its sources.
How to do it
Review the requirement
In the tender, review purpose, beneficiary, amount and validity. Check the official record against the terms.
Record the instrument
In Guarantees, record the instrument with issuer, currency, amount, validity and available document. Link it to the requirement it should cover and review its status.
Maintain follow-up
Review coverage, expiry and exposure. Keep delivery, return or execution activity and the records relevant to its management.
What remains
1075963-358-LP26: a performance requirement before a contract exists.
